That burning smell you described doesnt sound too good either.Spark plug gaps will only help after you've had a custom edit/tune.The rough engine symtoms could also be beacuse of the O2 sensor is dead. there know to wear out quick/fail. Might be a silly question, but have you checked your oil? When was the last time it was changed?On a side note, can you tell me what rims you have pictured in your avatar?
