you could try a bee"s wax it's a good vinyl & timber restorer . let it sit on for 8 hrs to soak in then rub , it will make a different , can't promise you 100% . but would try this first . can buy a most hardwares, would state you in .....

I would recommend baby oil, it does great work to the dash, but like everyone else who seems to be giving advise, I am not an expert.

Speak to a trimmer as he might be able to vinyl spray the dash and if you put anything on it it will be a battle trying to paint it so I wouldn't touch it until you check first with someone who does know how to fix/repair it.

Well my old man tried WD40 on a small area and it looks 90% normal....so I did the whole damaged area.. still a bit dull compared to normal but ya wouldnt know unless I told ya about it... just looks like the sun damaged it a bit....

A big relief....

DO NOT GET METHO ON your DASH!!!!!

If you are still looking for a new dash try the guys at ford auto salvage 121 westall rd clayton. they have my old turbo up there that I went through the trees in. dash survived fine I think. not much else though.
