First you need to remove the clock from the car and unclip it from the centre panel.2. Unclip the 3 tags holding the surround ring. 3. Remove the ring and plastic cover. 4. Insert a small screwdriver in the slot shown and push towards the front of the clock. Do this on both sides, as it will release the clock from the cup. 5. Now you can remove the clock hands , I used a fork to avoid touching the face of the clock.6. The clock face and buttons can now be removed.7. Once you have the bare circuit board, you need to un solder the current LED's. You can use either solder braid or if your quick you can normally heat up the solder enough on each side and remove with a pair of tweezers.8. Install the new LED's as per picture make note of the Positive and Negative Terminals.9. Once done you can test it with a 9V battery if you want, by connecting a cable as shown in this picture.
