Fpv Turbo Territory Rallye Version

Word has it that FPV/Prodrive will have a Turbo Territory Rallye on display at the upcoming FPV Open Day. Couldn't get much in the way of details, but it's mainly cosmetic, as they ran out of time to do much to the mechanicals. I'm guessing a similar concept to the Drift6, but a rally theme instead. Apparently the body has had quite a work over. Guess I'll have to check it out on Sunday !!

How can they have a rally version. The TT SUCKS offroad.

I wished FPV would stick to their core products and not cheapen the brand with 1/2 arsed efforts like the Force range.

Doing a Focus, Mondeo and Turbo Territory properly would be a good thing.

I would have a Force 6 over a Typhoon but that's just because I am bit older and dont want the look at me type of car the Typhoon is.

Yeah I'm with Zap here. While the force 6 & 8 are nice cars, I don't think they are worth the price tag that is being asked.

Gee, c'mon, the car is a knock-up expo special only, never intended for production, just like the Drift6 was. Atleast they are putting something out there to see.

The Force range is a marketers idea about what a good performance car is all about, misguided as it is. It has nothing to do with the expo special which is a brainstorming effort of the engineering department. Give them some credit.

I am not going to buy a Force 6 this week or even this year. They have the right idea at the wrong price. I dont want a boy racer car I am over that stage in my life. Lets hope that with the Orion they offer an alternative to the boy racer style at a reasonable price.

Pffht, you're just not going FAST enough Zap!!

They need a LSD in the front and rear diffs. If you get into soft sand you just get bogged. It is also hard to make the car slide predictably due to the lack of LSD.

10 grand is the retail price diff btw the F6 and the force 6, but my question to you is who pays retail?, I`ve seen this subject brought up heaps of times.

Be intresting to see how many forced 6 are sold at rrp and how many are sold closer to the F6 price (this isn`t a personal attack) but I hope it isn`t a bunch of disgrunted f6 buyers who are just upset because the F6 isn`t the highest model in the range anymore.

I say good on ford for trying to capture a differfent part of the market. Not everybody wants there car to look like a boy racer.

I only have an xr6t and that came out before the phoon but I remember how many people bagged the phoon because it stole the glamour from the xr, is this history repeating itself.
