Just heard on the radio that all is forgiven, and that the cheats... I er mean teams provided sufucuent paperwork.

As I said before, it's all a bul lsh*t ruse to make it look like AVESCO did their job. Now when in comes up they can say, "No, sorry, it all checks out, we're not in their pockets because remember when we banned them."

How anyone can support such a deeply ingrained dishonest organisation like HSV and Expensive Daewoo is beyond me. I wouldn't care if they built Italian supercars for $10, they don't deserve to be in business.

They were given a deadline to meet with their disclosure - and they met it, just.

So yes all is forgiven. Was just TEGA showing them who's boss.

There's obviously something going on though - how hard would it be to prove ownership of a team? It's not like you can misplace the rego papers or anything! :sleepystuff:

My wife who is an accountant asked why it was so hard to prove who owns the company. A simple ASIC search would reveal all the owners and shareholders of the company. I am sure that only companies can own a v8 franchise, so I do not understand the difficulty in getting this info.

I am sure that TEGA know that snozza is not the owner but uncle Tom is and are giving them enought time to change this.

It would not be in the interest of the "sport" to kick HRT out of the competition. It would give us no one to dump crap on when Ford win :msm:

As a minimum they should put Toll and HRT at either ends of the pits and make them walk further between their non associated teams :sleepystuff:

As we all know, anyone can be put on paper as the director etc.

What they need to see are the appropriate financial links that show where the team funding came from, and where the profits are going to. If above board, the buck should stop with Skaife's Company. If properly audited, Skaife's Company will also have to show where the money trail stops and that they are not just Tommy's go betweens.

If all was above board, they would have just proved it right from the start and all would be over. Obviously they have something to hide and need deadline extensions so that documentation can be created, and incriminating documents hidden.

If it was someone like Brad Jones racing, they's ban them instantly.

This all confirms what I have always known:

HSV are cheats

Expensive Daewoo are cheats

Skaife is a scumbag

Walkinshaw is a scumbag

V8 Supercars is rigged

Expensive Daewoo supporters should be ashamed
