Hi I was thinking of making a wood tray for the back of my Tornado ute and was wondering if anyone with a tray back could help me out by giving me the length and width of their trays. Pictures would be good as well.

Has anyone done this to their Tornado? Any thoughts from people would be good aswell

Nice Judd....

Had a nice tray on my one tonner years ago.... Powdercoated Aluminium with Jarra timber...... Custom built by me.....

As long as you get the correct dimensions on the hold down bolts you can build one yourself....

Make sure you take it for a spin when the back is off though..

You will need minimum, hole centres, within +- 3mm, Front to cab, Overall, width, Hole centre to outside. Deck Height from chassis, you can drop it about 25mm.

150 c section 6mm

Get a tig and some wood

I have a 1 tonner. What other measurements do u want exactly and I will get them for u, pics too. I will get the trays length and width tomorrow for u champ

At the moment im trying to get lengths and widths. I dont want to make the tray look too long or too short. As for the height from the chassis I will decide that when I go to fit it. I would like it to be as low as I can. Im going to put a 3 or 3.5

" chrome roll bar on it too. That would be great if you could post some picture.
