Nice write up. :drivingalong:

Let us know how the changes translate on power delivery once youhave a chance to put it on the dyno.

Well. My last known rwkw was 222rwkw on nizpros dyno (excluding their 240rwkw tune they done). That same tune was measured as 212rwkw on another dyno (a Dynamic Testing Systems). Since doing my injectors, my top end boost (which alters the rwkw figure) went from 9psi to 11.5psi.. It didnt see a dyno at that point, and I refused to put it on until had my actuator/wastegate done.. no point paying for dyno time twice..

My AFR's are right, as I have my own sniffer bunged into the exhaust, and timing has been very conservative..

I did plan to put it on the dyno saturday coming, but being FPV weekend. Unsure of my time availability..

I suspect, given my mods, 300rwkw is easily within scope

How about the dimensions of the stock wastegate hole/flapper and the "enlarged" wastegate hole/flapper.

flapper is 4mm diameter bigger than the standard.. the new one is 37mm

as for the hole. Unsure exactly, I do know however, the std flapper only just covers it. it barely leaves any meat for seating the std flapper

Good info on the swap

Is the rear housing and acutator avalible interstate as a exchange part?

I do believe some turbo companies do a "exchange" program.. But enquiring to two of them, they were talking around the $350 - $400 mark.. bit rich in my opinion..

Great info guys,

I believe the hole is 32mm. I was going to do the same upgrade but now I'm putting a 45mm PSR external wastegate on with e-boost to control it.

Muzza.

the standard flapper is 33mm diameter.. I'm thinking the port is more like 30mm
