Did you put the wheels on?

It's not an ex Victorian car is it?

Look's a lot like BATRB-6's old bus. :spit:

No idea of its origins. Last 2 owners from what I know were in Sydney. The car is as it came, wheels and all. To tell you the truth when I saw them in the carsales ad I wasn't that keen on em (more a fan of the Drift R's) but they suit the car when you see it in person.

But man it does look similar doesn't it. Found some pics on the second page of this post: http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...topic=8719&st=0

But...from his post his is auto and doesn't look to have the brembo's on it. I suppose it could have been converted though - fair bit of work but prob not unheard of.

Just thought I'd add my purchase story.

I actually tagged along with my mate who wanted to buy this car. I'd never really looked at the XR6T as a car for myself as I thought they were way more expensive than this (I was looking at WRX's, V35 skylines & other imports (Don't hate me)). Anyway my mate wanted me to drive it for him because he has never driven a manual before (had been looking at stock autos up to that point) and wasn't much more expensive than a stock auto. The guy gave it a bit and we crapped ourselves. I drove it and fell in love. I let my mate dwell on it overnight and asked him what he thought. He said it was too powerful for him so I snatched it from under him - :spit: - ninja stylies.

So glad I went with him, this car kicks the crap out of anything else for bang for your buck performance and comfort. Hope noone fell asleep during my crappy story.

You are correct.

All I saw was the wheels and the Black Car... :tease:

It's a very classy look anyway. :spoton:

Thanks Dagabond.

edit: Just out of interest, what manual do you guys use for taking the interior apart? Anything have wiring diagrams in it? I'm looking to either hook up a Drive + Play for my ipod or make a full CarPC set up with a single DIN retractable touchscreen in the tissue box area.
