Just for your interest, Ford are going to charge $99 an hour to re-flash the car! They couldn't give me a definate price. Look for exhaust blockages (stopping the turbo from spooling up) or even exhaust leaks (before the turbo).I would also not rule out the turbo itself.How did he get the 5psi out of thr turbo on some runs? If your mechanic spent 7 hours and couldn't find it I would try a different mechanic.Rob. And sometimes the car doesn't start at all, it completely shuts down.....no lights or electrics.
