Yeh the power light should flash and the slot you flashed in the light should stay on. Can you feel a power inscrease when you flash in the tune? Do you have a boost gauge?

Nesh

I felt no power increase after the flash and the turbo doesn't kick in at all after 3000rpm. Nah, I don't have a boost gauge but I'm thinking about getting one now.

Like the others said, check all the pipes. If everything is ok then perhaps try flashing in another tune p2, p1 or which ever u havnt tried yet.

mabye your not flashing the tune in the right way.

I give you a litle run down how to flash it.

1. put the key in the ignition but turn off

2. connet the flash tuner into the diagnostic port of the car

3. use the select button to pick wihch map eg: F P1 P2 P3

4. once picked a tune hold down the program button for 3sec or so

5. once lights start to flash turn the ignition to (dash lights illuminate) but dont start the car,

6.once the lights have stop flashing and you have a solid orange light on the map you picked.

7. turn the igition off

8. remove the OBD-II connector from the disgnostic port

9. turn the car on and just let it idle for abit.

think that the way it done correct me if iam wrong guys :gooff:

ps. the led light has to be solid.

Yeah I did all that correctly. I went out and quickly checked all the pipes and they seem ok. I'll take a better look tomorrow and also check under the car.

empty  no tunes  ?????

But flashing it back to factory should have bought back the boost. There must be a boost leak somewhere, I just haven't found out where yet.

I did get the boost solenoid maintenance done a week ago by a mechanic, maybe something under the battery is leaking.
