I know there has been much discussion in the past about whether an edit can be detected by a dealer and if warranty will still be honored. However, now that quite a few have been running these I'm interested to know how people have gone when it comes to warranty claims. I'm only interested in those who have edit only and no other modifications. (if there are any of you out there who were able to stop and edit only :w00t2: )

In the words of the wise, You play you pay.

If something breaks, why replace it with the same part again, unless ofcourse there is no alternative.

I suppose that is one way of looking at it but if you break a gearbox or something, it will quickly turn very expensive. Somthing I probably won't have the money to replace. That's why I'm looking for someone that is running edit only and want to know how they have gone with their warranty.

If you can not afford to fix it if it brakes than do not do it.

There is ways for them to find edit and believe me they will.

I see what your saying Ian, but I'm especially interested in cars that are running edit only. No other changes.
