lol. Thanks for the interest :)

My gf or 2 and a bit yrs left me at the start of the year. To cut a long story short, she wanted to travel and be young while she can. She wasnt exactly sure what she wanted. It took me a while to realise what I wanted and by then it was too late for her. She has since started seeing someone else and im hella bummed. As much as I try to get over it, I miss her too much :'(

Time apparently is the key but ive had enough of feeling down....

Ah sucks mate. We have all been there at some time... others move on and become happy again while others get jaded and end up being lonely for a long time.

Myself and my friends were shy at meeting women and we had problems but then one of my mates bought an Attract women ebook vol.1 from Attract women site (the article) and we all read it too and it had some cool tips and step by step advice on how to get confidence and approach chicks... id post it on here but I dont think the mods will like us breaking copy right laws :stirthepot:

Anyway im a lot happier now that I have the will and power to go out and strike convos with pretty much any girl I want. Prolyl sounds like bs but amazingle it works.

You think that suck's

My wife of 11 yrs been together for 19 yrs

told me 1 week before xmas she was leaving and she left xmas day

and yes we have kids

yes I still love her

You can meet a girl anywhere the key is "Confidence" if you have confidence you will have no problems meeting a nice girl that's my advise.

Chooka

As hard as it is for me to say this, but this is 100% correct!

Whats that supposed to mean??? :nono:

Chooka

A lot of guys are shy, including myself.

Confidence usually only comes with experience, which makes it a vicious circle! Shy guys usually lack a lot of confidence.

I was in no way inciting that I had a problem with you or your comment, I was implying that unfortunately, you are right, confidence is the key!

Take a deep breath, go up to a chick and ask to buy her a drink. Make it exciting, nobody wants to hear negative things, and keep the laughs flowing. And just remember, there are plenty of fishies in the sea.

My mates ring every few days to check on how I am going they have all been very

supportive towards me.

All I can do is to keep going as there are others worse off than me.

It is right though, I used to be shy and couldn't talk to chicks and as soon as you get some confidence and they can see that you are and your off

Does take a while though as you said it is a vicious circle but it only takes one deep breath and walk over and the ball is rolling!

Mate, get out there and start meeting new women! Its easy and rewarding!

Let go off fear being rejected, dont take it personally... everyone gets rejected at any point in their life.

Yeah very true... guys need to realise that they dont even need to drink to get some confidence... alcoholic confidence is crap.
