I run a T5 with 330rwkw with an organic clutch and have for ages now.

Depends on your tune and clutch I think. If you run ceramic it will blow.

Look guys it all depends on what you want from your car......I have a 04 BA done 85k and have not had an issue with the 5 sp man because I dont fry the thing!

Any car will have issues if you fang the thing every day of it's life.

Just my 5c worth!

If you have any other choice dont buy a 5spd

Hit the nail on the head. If I even knew the slightest bit about these cars before I bought mine I would have held out for a 6 speed. You buy a 6 speed it will not break..!!!!! Dont put yourself in a position where you have to "look after" your gearbox just so it wont expire. End up the position I am in now.

I agree, what he said....my only prob is standard clutch slips with 262 rwkw otherwise so far so good.
