It's VERY noticeable.

I can turn the tyres in 3rd with it on.

I can be sideways in a cloud of smoke in 3rd with it off..... :idunno:

I got the ute with no hardtop, and one of my mates has one with hardtop, his ute gets much better traction then mine. Not sure how heavy the lid is maybe about 60kg or more.

I've heard they are bringing back the BA style hardlid as the BF style item isn't proving to popular.

Can't blame them, I'm glad I've got the BA version. Much, much better!

The BF 1 looks better IMO... but it isnt very practical.. the BA 1 opens so much wider and would be alot more handy!

but I have driven my mates ute (who doesnt have the hard lid) and u sure do notice a difference!

any of you guys have problems with spinning 1 wheel all the time.

I have a bf powerbulge wich I dont like the look of but I went to swAP some random guy off the street I pulled over for his flat lid untill I saw how dodgy they are they are held on with tec screws and little pieces of 2mm alloy. the power bulge has huge brackets and hinges and not a screw in sight, so I guess ill stick with worse looks but better build quality
