If your happy with the performance of the F6 I would go with that. My mate is about to put an order in on a F6 and even though my car will probably end up being quicker than his when I start modding I am still very jealous. It just has that extra wow factor.

Chooch, glad we've all helped....

to be honest I regret getting my T, and, not waiting a bit longer to get the F6..... and... now... guess what I'm out shopping for, after having the T for 15months.......

If you can afford it, go for the better vehicle..... what's the point in modding a more "standard" vehicle to make it like a better model... ???

U won't get much of that upgrade money back at time of sale or trade in........

Cheers

:roflmbo: I agree, Buy a new ZF T and personalise it to the way u want it, resale on F6'sint that muich better than a T. But having said that if your gonna leave it bog stock go the phoon.

I would think it'd be much easier to sell a 'phoon than a "T" also; I was looking for 2nd hand cars at 1st and there were/are heaps of T's to choose from already, its mind boggling when u try and put a list together of the ones you want to go see haha - then compare to the typhoons. I found one worth seeing(meaning correct auto trans/yr), it came up in my carsales alert so I knew about it asap and it was sold before I got to even call the guy after I emailed him about location!!

Also then you have the idea of selling a modified car (the xr6t) 'vs' selling a stock car (the F6)

I will also remind you that its not hidden fact that given a few years a A6 typhoon will be a hot car for the '2nd hand' buyers to scramble for.. everything you read/hear/see lists them as the ultimate ford (from factory of course)

I dont see a competition :bum::stirthepot::w00t2:

IF you mod the T, you loose your warranty.

IF you get the F6, it is already a quick package and more street cred than a T.

The F6 has everything you want in a car :stirthepot:
