Its plastic rubbing on plastic and only used to occur when on a bumpy or corrugated road.Gave it a spray with Mould Release. Its a product used in the injection moulding business. Give it a spray aroung all the edges, The spray will get into all the joins and create a barrier. Make sure you wear a mask when spraying. When u turn you demister on it may stink for about an hour, but it should get rid of the noise. Blackwoods, AE Baker should carry it. If they dont carry it in your state, call EOC Queensland on 07 3216 6607 or the Victoria Branch on 03 95830166. They usually sell it in cartons of 12.
