Which Colour?

My friend is looking at buying a BF xr6T. They are all pretty the same specs, he has two choices Ego or Mercury Silver. I say Ego but he is leaning towards the silver. I thought I would add a poll to get the masses view on things.

P.s. the silver one has leather seats aswell (although he is not really fan of the leather)

Get a colour that came out with the current model, then people can be sure its a BF

But then if you get a non-hero colour (one that's consistently available) it won't 'age' as much.

Tell him that the concensus of this forum is that silver is not a colour.

Both are conservative choices, and neither are bold and sporty type colours.

I bought Ego, not via choice really, but it was the last available with 6-pot Brembos. I had never really paid much attention to it, but I like it now, as I reckon it is more of a "sleeper" colour, and less likely to attract unwanted attention.

Voted Ego I dont like the colour but I like silver less....

If its practicality them MercSil is the way to go.

Looks good all the time. (Yeah I know that they are out there in their thousands)

I do like Ego however my experiance with darker cars (only ever one) is that whilst they may look the goods, they're an absolute barstool to keep.

As always, colour is very personal.
