Guys

As an introduction to becoming a sponsor here I am going to conduct a group buy for my XR6T stage 2 upgrade intercooler.

Some info about the intercooler.
*Utilises a bar & plate core construction with core measurements of 420mm charge air flow length x 360mm stack height x 90mm thick.
*Hand made polished aluminium end tanks.
*Intercooler plumbing is CNC mandrel bent and then painted in a 2 – Pac silver/clear finish. This type of finish is the best in my opinion. It looks great and will stay looking great.
*Intercooler mounts central in the front of the car..(some aftermarket coolers are mounted offset and look really bad in my opinion)

Some pics
Following 2 pics show complete system installed.

Pic 2 shows system componets (note – this pic shows the intercooler pipes done in a burnished finish – pipes are now done is a silver painted finish)

Group buy will work like this…

Group buy starts now and will expire on Friday 23rd February. There is no minimum number to the group buy.

The price for the complete kit will be $950 whether there is one buyer or 20.
Once the group buy expires on the 23rd and I know what qty I need to manufacture it will take me approx. 7 days to bring it all together. In other words I will have everything ready to ship by the end of the month. I have all of the raw components so there will be no headaches in delivery.

To be part of this group buy I would like a $200 deposit paid by the close of the group buy (23th). The remainder payable as soon as I am ready to ship.

If you live close enough fitting is available at the Process West workshop in Wollongong. Cost is $250.00 and takes about 3 hours.

I would like to use email instead of PMs to organise..(Its much easier to manage)
If you want to be a part of this group buy email me at sales@processwest.com.au and I will email you a payment options document. If you have any questions you can ask here or call me on 0400777111

This thread shows more information about some testing we did of the stock intercooler system.

Hi Kevin,

the kit looks pretty awesome.

Does it fit directly where the old cooler is, or do you have to modify/cut/grind anything to make it fit?

Nice Cooler! Are you planning on doing any full plumbing kits to replace the crossover in the near future that it might be worth hanging out for??

When I first released the kit in August last year retail was $1450. I have now set retail at $1250.00

I also might be interested in the fabrication of the crossover piping as well.
