Generic tune? Put it on, but get it on a dyno to be sure it's ok.

But I'd bet it'll be fine with the F6 cooler and generic tune. It doesn't flow much better than stock, so it'll be fine.

Custom tune? Put it on, then get the tune done.

I needed a re-tune when I put my Typhoon cooler on, it was leaning out big time.

Wait until just before you are going to get it custom tuned then put it on and take it to get tuned.

Simple install too, fits directly where the other one went and only mod is moving the horn.

That's fine. But I bet you were running a custom tune when you put it on, not the generic tune?

Your custom tune would have leaned out with the new cooler.

The generic tune shouldn't lean out. (If the F6 cooler is the only change to an otherwise stock car)

Oh, and I'm referring to the 8psi generic, not the 10psi. No one should run the 10psi generic even with a stock car, leat alone with mods. :spoton:
