I was thinking a zx2r as I think it has all of the above.←Going by this I would totally back buggy's advise, get something like the ER500 or similar pushing the 90kg mark will severly hamper the little 250's and for comuting you can't go past somethhing more "upright" in seating position Chooka

The 600 "should" be learner legal, the r6 is definatly not. The 600 is really comfortable to ride and is really tough. (try riding a r6/1 for a long ride, really sh*thouse) But the pick if your riding around town is the drz400 SM, man these things are so much fun, they dont have fairing etc to smash, and you can get some knobbies and go bush. I wouldnt take the 400 on a 500k ride but around town they are heaps better than any roadie. If u search hi and lo you will get the drz with wheels for 6k.←the full black DRZ400 motards look TUFF!!trial bikes are so much easier to ride too if your learning. the seating position is more "natural" compared to humping a rockmelon like on a roady. dansedgli Member 214 Member For: 21y 19d Posted 23/01/07 02:30 AM Share Posted 23/01/07 02:30 AM There is a DRZ supermotard down at peter stevens for $7990 + ORC. They have dropped in price in a big way. I was thinking about getting one but decided on an SV650 because I do a lot of highway kms.
