I would say low 30's been looking around and in the scheme of things the difference between a 7k car and a 20k cars are marginal. you may be able to get him to pay 35k if you can talk it up a bit and he hasn't done much research though, Good luck :crybaby:

What did he offer??

find an 05 model xr turbo for low twenties for me (and a manual too please)!! and one that has less then 50 000km on the clock (this one has 7000K)... I hardly doubt low twenties for an o5 with that amount of k's.. infact Id say the only ones you will find for low twenties are 02 03 models with maybe one or 04 models that all have at least 50 000km on them :spoton:

I recogn 29 to 34K :msm:

Not necessarily - the utes tend to hold their value much better than the sedans. Nowhere near as many XR utes in the used car lots.

Even though you pay less for a ute new, come sale or trade time you’ll get about the same as a comparative model sedan if that makes any sense.

:spoton: I agree 100%. Utes hold their value better than sedans, and there aren't many on the 2nd hand market either.

My figure would be around the $31-32 mark.
