Just picking up a car with a forklift will pretty much write it off as the chassis will bend.  It's not designed to have all of the car's weight forced downwards onto a small section.

Can you imagine the sister's call to her brother, "About that car of yours, remember how you said you really wanted a drop top."

It does not do much/any damage unless you push the fork right up close, that's how auction houses move there cars..

Well if the dumb b*tch didn't park it where she shouldn't have, then there would be no issue!!!!!!!

Serves her right..

I wouldn't have gone to that extreme, maybe I would have 'shuffled' it out of the way, then proceeded to block it in with big heavy things, rendering it stationary..

I did once see my boss walk out the front of the workshop with a trolly jack so I thought I would come out to see what was happening.

There was a car parked across the driveway, before I knew what was happening he had jacked the back up and slid it around onto the road, dropped it back down and walked in side!!

The driver comes running out as all the trafic is backed up honking horns and abusing him!!

This guy had been parking across the driveway evey day for a month to go to the shop next door.

Can understand why he attempted to move it though - dumb bitch shouldn't have parked there to begin with!

I agree but a tow truck would have been the smarter option. Why the hell he was trying to move a 1 1/2 ton car,2 metres in the air is just top heavy and crazy.

Not allowed to tow a vehicle even in a tow away zone. You can try but 99% of the time the towies won't touch it unless the owner is present - which defeats the purpose..

I would have just rocked the car a few times and the alarm would have gone off. The chick may have come and moved it, then I would have asked her if its a nice car, can we I go for a ride in it some time, then the movies then dinner then...... Im very smooth..... and only 50% single

IVE DONE THAT!!!!!! fixes em' every time doesnt it :w00t2: ..... Chick that used to work next door always parked her car so close to the driveway we couldnt get the race car trailer in :gooff:

Gave us attitude when we asked her not to park there (only on Mondays mind you) and started doing it on purpose just to piss us off, so we got out the floor jack and wheeled it about 50mtrs down to the lights then left it in the middle of the intersection..... She never parked there again :tease:
