The "standard chassis rails" clause came up because in other classes, particularly the VL Turbo class which is a very similar car, a few of the guy's were building a tube chassis, which could take virtually any shell over it, and dropping VL panel's over it.

By bringing in that rule, it basically mean's whack the biggest power OEM motor you can in it, the strongest gearbox you can, the fattest slick's you can up the back without cutting out the standard tub's, and go for Gold!

So stuff like 4 link rear ends in ute etc is ok? Im guessing the Nizpro "Skyline" rear end would be out though right?
