At the moment I'm more interested in the Warranty, but as they say it's a long way down the road, & I may change my mind after the novelty wears off & one gets power hungry. Probably the biggest worry is reliability after getting a Capa Tune & the tune going off over a period of time as I've seen on some other Posts. :nono:

Give it time, but please consider the edit, for reletively small dollars will transform your already super quick turbo into an absolute animal of a car that honestley feels like sitting in a jet just as the pilot throws full throttle on and pins you back in your seat. 10 months since my edit and tune (plus a few other bits) and the car still puts a smile on my face every time I drive her. I will never forget wiping the floor with with a maserati grand tourer convertable, only 3 days after the edit

MATE this guy was spewing ( flashing his lights and waving his arms around like a madman).(this was on a private road ofcourse) :stirthepot:

I couldnt get the smurk off my face for the rest of the weekend :spoton:

Up till now I had full intentions of getting a Edit, but after my trip down South I think I'm happy with what I've got. On numerous occasions while overtaking in a dual lane & comming to the merge to the right & the car in front about to merge I had thought that I was on full boost, only to flatten it & find that it drops back a gear & takes off like a sqaulded rabbit. The car never ceases to amaze me with it's power as against the BA XR8. On all occasions the accelleration has been bloody unbelievable with the car squirming on it's ar-e even at 100 K's under boost. Every time after a last minute overtaking manouvre I've had to go for the brakes to haul off speed to bring ones self back to the legal limit. There was a couple of smart ar-se tailgaters who wanted to push the bounderies at times but with a quick throttle prod, it didn't happen again. No, I'm happy for the the time being, any more & the license would be in jeopardy & it's close now at times. Maybe I have a good one or they are just a bloody fast car. Average for the trip up & back was 9.7 ltrs 100 K's & I was not driving for economy. The car has done 5000 K's. :stirthepot:

a re-flash fixes that... 2 mins and its fixed.

not that its ever happened! I think its more a case of peoples "minds" adjusting to the tunes more-so the car de-tuning themselves.

stick a T on a dyno 6 months after its tunes are done, guarntee itll read the same. (same dyno obviously)

mate u lashed out 40K on a car, spend anutha 1400 and change it TOTALLY. u like going past trucks on the highway?..... hows doing it sideways sound

Like sitting behind 20 cars and going to overtake just one.. Then ya get out on the other side and think "what the hell, I'll just go the lot"

3 seconds later pull back into the left lane......... Clear
