DAWSEY Member 441 Member For: 19y 4m 13d Gender: Male Posted 10/01/07 11:41 PM Share Posted 10/01/07 11:41 PM also check if it is still under factory warranty.it needs to be built after 1/04if it is built after that then if there are any problems you can get them fixed. before it hits 100000kmthat car is cheap because if something goes wrong with it, it will cost you alot of money to fix. The guy who completed the inspection was very thorough, he even rang and personally talk me through what he thought of the car. I think it was well worth the cost. (Cant remember how many $ but it wasn't much).Make sure you drive a few different XR's. I drove about 10 when I was lookin and found a real difference between the good and the bad. Some even with low K's drove like buckets.Good luck Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/31720-things-to-check-when-buying/#findComment-485444 Share on other sites
