Bad luck iconic

If that happened to me I would be tearing strips. Good old honesty is so hard to find these days everyone just wants to pass the buck.

Where does it exist anymore? Certainly not in this industry where youd reasonably expect the dealer flying the manufacturers flag would act and behave with integrity.

Why do so many of us toleate such appauling service and gutter tactics, all so they can preserve there abundant and neverending flaws.

Have you tryed consumer affairs as I feel it would at least be worth a phone call but once again it would be your word against theirs. Imagine if maybe the first year apprentice put the scratch there and was to sh*te scared to tell any one.

Once again rotten luck and I hope you get it fixed to your satisfaction

Unfortunatly, I have never found any dealership service departments to be any good, regardless of brand.

They are all there for the $$s and do all they can to cut costs while charging customers a premium under the banner of being affiliated with the badge on the car. The bigest saving is to employ apprentices to do most of the work. Most of all, they just don't seem to give a sh*t about the cars (especially Ford dealers).

Don't let these f*ckers get away with it. The car's only new, tell them to prove that the car had the damage there before it went in. Any reputable mechanic would note the damage on arrival and get you to sign a form acknowledging its existance. If they didn't, then it's their problem.

Companies must provide their service with "all due care". They've got to prove that they didn't damage the car. I once had a Ford dealer break the mounts on the air box of my Laser and just tied it back in with wire. They tried to deny it, but the MTA ruled and said they had to prove they didn't do it. They were working in the area of the air box and would have had to notice any damage before they commenced. They had to pay for a new air box (among other things they broke).

And why do thay have to frig with my radio.
