Fobbed off as being my problem ive had the damage looked at by a smash repairer who can only say that the damage is recent and looks to have been caused by a tool of some kind. My guess is a tool held in one hand as the bonnet was opened. As of a few hours ago Dominelli Ford has offered a touch up to the damage but will not have the bonnet resprayed which will now cost me $500. Last time one of my cars was at Domeinelli they gave it a courtesy wash with the windows down leaving the backseat flooded. What next will they f uck up??????????? Unfortunatley I have a warranty item that requires attention , the DP better brace him self if they so much as touch anything other than that item.It wont require a road test , so looks like the chimps can take their own assorted sh*t boxes to fetch the pies.Good luck mate,on principle shouldn't cost you money to get it fixed, though you are then at the mercy of their panel beater Edited 10/01/07 08:19 AM by Buf-Phoon

Like my steering, which is making nasty clunking sounds from lock to lock.Tunehouse will be doing my sevicing. And anything Carmichael Ford touched when they last had it will need a thorough going over... They'd get off on it. They get a T3 in every now and then. I heard they are over the blastered thing. But a long way to go for a warranty job. Especially if it's a 'terminal' problem Good excuse to get down the coast I spose
