I was navigator so I will take some blame!!It did make the day exciting though!! I thought I had my 2 way set to the right channel, but there was a stupid setting , so we didn't pick up any of the commentary. So my apologies if people were trying to call us up and there was no response Late in the day it was all sorted, and we were on the air. From then on it was good to hear some of the comments on the 2 way. Especially when that poor porsche overtook us on the highway and was heading towards the boyz at the front.I could only imagine the fun u guys had!!! It wasn't limp mode I'm pretty sure. It just wouldn't run at all Only had the thing 2 weeks Oh well. I think it was just the heat getting to it as it has been fine ever since. I'll check the plugs this arvo and see how that goes.Hi Goobz,Mine stalled into what looked like limp mode than no RPMs whatsoever twice on the first day driving to the Snowy Cruise last year. It was hot as buggery as well like your Sunday yesterday, possibly. I thought my trip was cactus before it even started The collective FordXR6Turbo brains trust around me eventually found the solution - we pulled the negative terminal off the battery to reset the engine management CPU.
