TURBOTAXI Member 62 Member For: 17y 11m 16d Posted 20/01/07 08:57 PM Author Share Posted 20/01/07 08:57 PM just some early fuel data.Latest LPG figures were 12.7l/100 over a mixed (mainly highway) stretch. So at our prices that's about $8 per 100k's, at Melbourne prices it would be more like $4.90 per 100 k's.

Posted 20/01/07 11:16 PM Share Posted 20/01/07 11:16 PM With the au ghia it would turn off automatically when running on lpg as the computor would sense that the injectors are not pulsing and this how traction control worked on the au.With the new injected systems this is not the case as the gas computor gets it's injector pulse from the engine computor and modifies it to suit the gas injectors. The engine computor still thinks every thing is operating. Also part of the traction control on the ba's is done though the abs unit.Ian

I will be ramping it up a little soon with an F6 cooler, bigger LPG injectors and a new tune. Edited 10/02/07 09:45 PM by TURBOTAXI

profrat Member 126 Member For: 21y 5m 23d Location: Eastern Victoria Posted 04/03/07 05:58 AM Share Posted 04/03/07 05:58 AM Is it possible to fit a donut tank in the spare wheel well on the XR6T? If I do this I want full boot space. Don't need the spare wheel. Havn't used one for donkeys years. What capacity is possible with a donut tank?
