Hi roy and welcome to the site.

Great to see hilbert has done some great work again.

He is one of the best in australia for devoloping lpg systems.

Rest asured that this system will meet the emision laws that lpg systems fitted to vechiles biult after 2004 have to.

Ian

I am looking into the LPG Vapour injection thing if I buy a BA XR6T, I am curious as to what the LPG consumption is like Litres per 100 measured at the pump (not via any trip computers) because my current inefficient non vapour injection LPG car V6 magna gets 17-18L/100 around town and if I could match that in a 240kw car I'd be happy. I measure litres divide by km's travelled multiply by 100 = L/100km's

In fact if I can't find what I want to know with a search I will start a thread on the topic.

I hear so much about XR6T's and LS1 holdens about how economical they are or how thirsty they are obviously driver behaviour has a lot to do with it.

Why don't you consider Liquid injection, you will get more power than petrol and only use approx 5% more gas than petrol as opposed to vapour injection which should match petrol's power but use approx 20% more gas than petrol.?

I have recently had Vapour injection installed on My T ute, I average 14.2 Ltrs P/100km on Petrol and 16 Ltrs P/100km on gas..

ktm07 16L/100 is good for gas, did you measure it's actual lpg litre usage at the pump or are you going by the inst. fuel readout on the car? Cheers for the reply

ratter, do many fitters install liquid injection yet Aust wide? I've heard it's very good but the only installer is in Vic.

Maybe soon other gas fitters doing vapour systems will start doing liquid systems.

From a full tank of LPG I ran it until it concked out and I got 440km, when I refilled it took in exactly 65 litres

The technology is till very very new and wthe kits will only be available to the installers that have sat the training course, the list will be getting bigger and bigger all the time and will spread interstate shortly

LPG warehouse in VIC have a liquid LPG setup available now. Im booked in to get it fitted and will cost about $5k installed with the tank in the spare wheel well. That tank is only 3 litres less than the tank behind the seat. The liquid system is claimed to give an additional 18kw with no other mods, should be interesting with a tune which will be done soon after the lpg fitting. LPG Warehouse has distributors/installers they will tell you if you call them up. Bit of a wait on the installation....end of November! It must be worth while :)

so was going to get a NA Territory.

Now not sure which way to head...LOL but good to see some solid evidence and opinions.
