I already have a high mount manifold so I just need to find a turbo to suit. I have sold my GT35r. I havent seen proof that a t04z can support 500rwkw, do you have any links to give me something to read?I would prefer the T04z to a larger size turbo for the spooling advantages but I want to make the power as well. From my reading the T04z only seems to outshine the GT3540 by 40-50 kw while taking 500rpm longer to come on boost. Which A/R would you recommend for the T04z on a BA motor? The person who made my manifold is recommending a GT45R with a .84 rear A/R and expects it to boost by 2500rpm. I am waiting on more information so I can do some more research. He has only just started making them with GCG and they sold the first 1 this week so it may be a while before I see any actual results. They have some good info comparing turbos from memory. I'd go 0.82 on the street but 1.00 if you want it for dyno shootouts.Dont just look at peak hp, its the average hp under the rev range you intend using which is most important IMO Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/31571-turbo-conversion/page/4/#findComment-505979 Share on other sites

What else would I need to look at to get around 300kw at the rears you think? The Auto also has been upgraded.
