Mate I run A loveels superlow setup with AU springs in the front and Torana springs in the back. I run a 225/35/20 Wanli tyre. The tyres do sit in the guards, alot. Lowest point of My car is the cat. With the 4"dump abd 5"cat the bottom of the car is only likr 40mm off the ground, very, very painful, but, it's the price u pay I guess.

Cheers

Most cop cars carry a 100mm block they can slide around under your car... if it cant slide without hitting something, exhaust, diff, xmembers ect your done.

So if a phoon is 125mm, doesnt leave much room for lowering... SSL is usually around a 50mm drop

I have seen cops use a coke can to measure the height.

Looked funny with a cop on hands and knees trying to prove a point.
