Slide hammers and bearing pullers have been no help, and the idea of packing it full of grease to push it out just made a huge mess. Anyone else had difficulties getting one out? Only reason I decided to replace it was it was rough rolling. Also, can anybody tell me what the torque specs are for the flywheel, clutch, and gearbox bolts on the BAXR6T? Ford werent any help, they couldnt tell me because if something went wrong they would be at fault, and VACC wouldnt tell me cos I didnt have a member number. Obviously number 69 wasnt a good choice.Cheers Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/31545-stubborn-spigot-bearing/ Share on other sites

If the grease is coming out you need to use a new driver.. It should seal almost perfectly within the hole.... Then hit it and dont hold back.. It will pop.... Gauranteed.... Its a little cleaner than grease but not much Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/31545-stubborn-spigot-bearing/#findComment-483067 Share on other sites

Copped a face full of grease, but it was well worth it. Glad I didnt hit it with the die grinder, could have caused more headaches. Cheers guys, I owe you a beer. Thanks Phantom for the torque specs. Much appreciated. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/31545-stubborn-spigot-bearing/#findComment-483566 Share on other sites
