I realise you probably want to do it yourself but for about 80 bucks you probably could have had it cut machined and done at a machine shop.....

If you were over here I would have done it for kips. :spoton:

looks good.. alot like a plenum I saw come out of greenslade engineering, but theres is bigger.. whats the go with size? is there a size that it shouldn't be bigger or smaller than??

Was pretty easy in the end..

I fitted my exhaust I got from Simon yesterday, plenum should get a bolt up tomorrow and hopefully dyno.

how bout a half worn 9' blade on a circular saw!??!? now that's fun!!! :w00t2:

You have to turn the blade around backward to cut steel or it grabs to much :spoton: I have seen it all on the building site....

Nice design, would it have been easier to get a piece of 125nb pipe cut the bottom off get a plate made to sit onto the lower 1/2 of the plenum then weld together. It would something like a Nizpro unit then...

How much did you pay for the lower plenum half?
