That's correct isn't it?

Umm'd & ahh'd about doing this (I've only had the car since Saturday), but in the end I decided to go for it & give the solenoid a hit of WD40. I'm really impressed with the increase in responsiveness down low. (is responsiveness a word? ) I also came across this about cleaning the throttle body:yea the throttle body clean works a treat easy to do as well I was scared at first but easysorry that its AFF but here http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=73561includes info on Throttle Body cleaning and boost solenoid , and Torquing of exuast manifold boltsIs the aim of cleaning the throttle body just to allow the butterfly to move more freely? ie: so it's not all gummed up? Is there any reason you'd clean deeper into the manifold? Would this have any benefits? Edited 07/06/11 12:30 PM by Mini Hulk

But anyway, I stick my fingers in as far at they will go

Hadn't cleaned mine since getting my mods put on 35,000km ago, time flies! Was filthy.
