Definitely worth dropping into Pitlane for a chat and service then.

What I said above about decent shops going above and beyond what a Ford dealership does goes double for the team there.

Spend a bit of time on the forum here and you'll see just how well regarded Mick (Ratter) and his crew are and how much effort they put towards these cars and the community.

All they seem to do is get the work experience kid to work on it. The two times I took it in for warranty work on the suspension, they couldn't fix it. Took it to Wholesale Suspension and it was fixed within 30 mins. Plenty of good forum sponsors on here will look after ya

I'm about to stop going to the dealer too, they're so useless, one service they threw out some awesome brake pads I had that were only half worn, and recently they told me my power steering fluid was fine and a month later I've boiled it, I told them the power steering was feeling heavy. Trust your instincts, that's what I'm learning.

Hard thing is finding a convenient and good place to take it.

No It's not worth it, your best bet is to find a local mechanic who specializes on Fords.

To be honest I actually had no issue with paying extra and getting my Dealer to do it just to maintain a better relationship with them,

but they dropped the ball so my business went elsewhere.
