:spoton: I had my injectors, fuel pump, ASE cooler, clutch re-bleed, spark plugs re-gapped, and gauges all installed by one of my mechanically minded friends. Arggh it was good.. took a little longer then usual due to the beers, but we got there. Or should I say he got there... I just sat around drinking and handing him tools (when I knew which one he wanted) otherwise he'd have to get up and re-fetch the correct size or tool. God bless him :tosser:

Not bad considering it cost me a few beers!!

Didnt you buy one STOOGE :stirthepot:

Just fitted mine, not included in the instructions are if you got a BF you will need to remove the number plate as there are 2 bolts behind it that you will need to take off to remove bumper, BA mark 2 onwards the passenger side holes will have to be drilled, though I had to modify the top bracket on passenger side as it wasnt long enough, drivers side lower bracket the hole was in the wrong spot, that had to be redrilled. Ahhh loosen the nut on your horns and twist them round so they clear everything, need to slightly bend the air con lines to stop em touching the IC, apart from that, she is a tight fit.

fitted one on a mates ute last week, 2 person job is easier as u just dont have enough hands.

had to drill 2 holes on the passenger side with a 9mm bit and bend 1 bracket with some multigrips. the bolts could have been 5mm longer though!!

oh and hang onto the gold nuts from the stock cooler, as youll need to use them as monza the tightasses dont give u any.

as for horns, bolt the gold "Y" piece up as normal, but put the horns on the other side of the bracket then bend them back towards the cooler an inch or so.

their still visible from the top grille, unless u wanna make a longer lead and mount them elsewhere.
