Hey guys n' Gals.

Just today after I filled up my tank I have noticed when I am at high revs and lift off the throttle the blow off valve makes its usual flutter but also a high pitched whissle for a split second that I have never noticed before.

I checked all the hoses from the blow off and they look ok. Does anyone have any idea why this may be? I dont want to go back to ford for the SECOND time this week !!

James :D

It cant be a BOV thing because I dont have one, mine only happens when your full throttle and then backing off, I have no power loss as I had mine dyno'ed only a few weeks ago and I still have the same power.

I wouldnt have a clue what it is but it only happen's when im at high RPM and backing off???

Could very well be your auto slipping. It used to happen to mine before it lunched itself, with my help.

High revs then a sudden backoff, the bands can't slow it down quick enough, and it skids.
