Is that flywheel kw?

300rwkw is where you want to be.

No, that's rwkw.

320 is where I want to be. And as soon as I get to Sydney, all the bits that have been sitting waiting to go on for the last 6 mths, will finally be put into her, and tuned.

I know what you're thinking, seems a little high for stock injectors, and I concur. I'd say the dyno is atleast 10kw generous going by other results on the same dyno, same day.

But, I think it speaks a million words of how worthwhile custom plumbing and cooler is. Keep in mind these are generic tunes, and the car has never been touched by anyone other than myself. The result was quite a surprise to me, and very satisfying.

Actually, the pipe that goes under the headlight and battery tray is the intercooler return to the throttle body :)

the turbo pipe is rubber and runs down low, you can hardly see it

:)

Dan

Correct.

So, Fat-Tony, the 2.5 inch pipe you see pictured, going under the passenger headlight is essentially the replacement for the pipe that goes under the drivers headlight in the factory setup. And is roughly double the diameter of the factory pipe.

Looks good, the plastic pipe should be fine as long as its not getting too hot... my volvo 850R had plastic IC pipes and they lasted years, until I took them off lol

high 13s man that's dangerously lean, atleast your intake temps arnt as hot with the bigger IC, but Id be flashing it back to stock until it gets tuned

Hows it feel on road?

High 13s are dangerous, I know this. That was the 10psi tune which has only been loaded once for the dyno run, for comparison.

Hows it feel? Great. Bit laggy due to tune (but much crisper than before the cooler and pipes keep in mind). 3rd gear gives a satisfying 'wiggle' when given WOT. :sharon:

I wasn't thinking that really. The true measure will be how it performs at the track I guess. A leaner mixture will generally read higher, but get those AFR's fixed though and you'll be right.

ExAreSix where did you locate the MAP sensor that was in the pipe?

Ohh and I had a look under my bonnet and actually took notice of the cooler pipes this morning :bum:

Right there *points*

Dont expect too much more power on the dyno with the big cooler/pipes... you should get similar power on a few psi less if it still retains the stock exhaust
