The inlet and outlet is 3" but it has a big cone coming down from the body, so it will be easy for your Exhaust shop to match it to whatever system you have.
And who doesn't love a big cone!

In all seriousness, for those of us with stock zorsts, what exactly needs to be fab'd by the exhaust shop to get this cat in?

You would need a 2.5"/3" adapter to get from dump to cat and a 3"/twin 2.25" Y-piece to get out the back right?

Can you collect 2x 2.25" pipes into a 3" pipe?

I thought I read somewhere that 3.5" is the minimum for that to work.

Direct through Shev at Livo actually

Ghosti, with the large cone (that we all love) your exhaust guy can cut it at any point from as small as 3" all the way up to 4" easily

The dump is basically 3" where it meets the cat, and all your exhaust shop needs to do on the back end is make up a Y-piece to match the dual 2.25" system - simple really
