I'd be in on a group buy for clutches. Might try and organise something...

That way everyone can use it. Give me a day or so, i'll be looking at the Textralia Twin Plate, seems like its getting good results with a good price. I know RAP1D has a package - hmmmm

Get a tuner/mechanic to do bottom ends; rods = $ 1000 pistons = $ 700 balance = $ 300 gaskets, etc = $ 500 labour = $ 1000 --------- total = $ 3500 Surely this price is possible. Im sure there will be lots of customers [/quote] Great idea, built engines (for those of us over 300rwkw) Edited 20/05/08 02:50 AM by veczar

He isn't a workshop though, that may put some people off. He is my mate and built my engine with no dramas. The build doesn't actually take very long if it is the only thing you have to do. Once i get an idea on how many people are interested then we can get a price from Textralia

Id be interested in looking at a GB but whether id have the money in the next 2 months or so im not sure... Was thinking either Tex Twin plate, Mal woods options 3 or option 5.Iv had no experience with any of them so would be interested to see how they drive and peoples opinions on them... I will send Mal a PM about the Option 5, i don't believe the Opt 3 would be very good above 400 due to the organic nature of this clutch. Also the Textralia Twin plate would be a group buy organised via myself and RAP1D Systems, not directly via Textralia.

Or an F6 AP Twin plate. Ill be watching your prices with interest Senna... Cheers.
