After going through the hassle of getting everything myself I found out my tuner can get almost every part I'd ever need cheaper than what I could. Things I couldnt fit myself, I paid the same amount for labor as their price supplied and fitted. So I ended up losing money.

The only thing I saved on was buying and fitting my own intercooler.

I can't see this at all mate, where did you take it? From what I know, a workshop will always mark up prices on parts to the RRP plus freight Plus Any labour to fit. Reason they do this is because they have to pay the employees labour while she/he is looking for your parts and ordering them.

I would always think group buys, bargain prices and quality second hand parts at a good price will always outweigh a reputable tuners everyday price on parts. IMO

660$ installed for ID1000s. I paid 614$ for my 1000cc injectors then 110$ install
900$ installed for Valve springs. I paid 295$ plus 800$ install.
1500$ for tune. Buying xcal separately was 795$ and tune is 990$ fortunately I had them supply x3.

Intercooler kit/intake was 680$ install, but I did myself.

Surge tank I bought 2nd hand for a bargain and CMS supplied turbo. Exhaust I bought off ebay but it would have been 120$ cheaper through them, install was 350$.
