I have read lot on here about the manual/auto debate and I probably would have got one if the money and car was available, but can someone confirm what times STOCK BF MANUAL Typhoons are getting on the strip?

I know on the road, they are probably on par.

A tune will be coming in the new year from Paul at Eliteauto, and that will be it. I know you guys say more, but believe me that it will be quick enough to get me and the wife in trouble.

They are surprisingly quick stock, so an edit yielding 260-270 rwkW will make for a darn quick beast. I would at least do the exhaust though. AFter selling my beloved VT LS1, I so miss that awesome V8 rumble and the 6 needs all the help it can get on exhaust note.

looks great mate.

I know that the Autos were doing 12.9-13.2's totally stock.

I would expect 13.5's for a manual. On the street I think you will find the autos faster due to the launch and low 1st gear getting it off the mark.

What a great situation to be in. There'll be nobody more qualified than you to state which is better after 15 years as a Expensive Daewoo man, owning their latest & greatest and now having the same in a Ford.

I'm tipping there's no way you'll stop at just a custom tune though.

I said that just 3 weeks ago, haven't driven mine for the last 2 weeks and already I'm talking it up for more goodies. The only thing stopping me is the fact that my wife and daughter use it for 2 weeks while I'm away offshore.

Anyway congrats on a great choice of car
