I would like to buy some tyres for the quarter mile runs at WSID but I was told by some one that if I were to buy a full slick tyre that I would need a tailsharft loop... Is this true. And also another question related to the tyres and rims. What size rim would be needed to fit on the rear of the car as the car has the pbr brake upgrade and is lowered with ssl. Just ask the guy in Perth who hit the wall in a supercharged Commodore..Slicks/Frontrunners require 15" rim on the front and rear, so brakes need to be small, ie not PBR brakes. \Go MT's on a 9" wide rim.
