Jmm only do the one type for the ba at the moment as far as I'm aware, and that figure is untuned should see 175rwkw with underdrive and custom tune :) I'll send u pic once my camera is charged.

The nizzpro headers look interesting :roflmbo: anyone used them yet? what sought of gains you had with them not sure about running twin cats on a n/a though.

I thik this must be where I missed out on that extra 20kw...

having the herrod ones, Simon must've really meant what he was saying. They must have really meant what he said about the exhaust and extractors being the weak point in my build.. I"m definitely going to be talking to simon about this....

eMPee - how did you happen across this picture? you don't have these on your car do you?

Look to me these headers look crazy, how come there’s only one O2 sensor on one side only.

How would this set up work? Scavenging is a science / art form (to get it 100% right), when it comes to headers scavenging its what there all about and I just can't see how this set up would do the job right.

This set up would need to be linked back in the system some where, like a duel 8V system, it needs to be linked to even every up. I just can’t see the reasoning behind this set up, Its cool but would it work?

Also you’d need 2 cats and a custom exhaust to fit it, this kind of set up may have its place bolted no a +350kw donk but I think it may go to far for the Barra and be to had to tune off, uneven flow would make it a pain to work with me thinks.

My hats off to you again Simon, for having a real go at it, no one does R’n’D like Nizpro, info about how it works would be really cool and if it doesn’t why?

Look closer at that photo guys,

Is that a stock Balancer? Cos it don't look like a stock balancer, its the wrong colour for a start.

Wheres the water pump pulley gone??? Electric water pump fans take notes.

Would you quote power figures off an engine with out a water pump pulley set up and wheres the power steering pulley all these extras make drag on the engine? I know these no needed for them on an engine dyno but real world is where I drive day to day.

Simon would have a very good idea about the power gain to be had from removing the water pump from this project, he hasn't gone as far as to remove the pump wheel from inside the engine, or has he??????

And why in a top class work shop like Nizpro is there a "the tool of a hack" shifter on the donk??? Ha Ha Ha.

Questions and more questions............

I had talked to her about her JMM Dev3 kit and she says that she got hers pretty much when they first came out (dont quote me on the wording, my impression only) and when I talked to Jim him self a while back apparently they seem to be bigger and better so im not sure whats the go but ill have to call JMM tomorrow to find out the exact details

Hi guys

Yes, I have the DEV3 kit. And I cannot complain about them at all. In fact, the headers and exhaust in particular, have made heaps of difference to my car. The thing is that now I want to do some other things and I need something with bigger primaries to suit it, and I am changing the entire exhaust to a twin system anyway. I am also thinking of doing a lot more enginework down the track and need the bigger headers.

If I was not going to do any more mods, I would definitely keep the JMM system, no doubts at all. Really good workmanship.

Hope that helps. Oh and they are the only ones available for BAs, or were, when I got them.
