1. Diff Shunt

2. Noisy gearbox, with factory lubricant.

3. Gudgeon pin noise

4. Steering rack creek

5. Fan belt idler pulley bearing noisy

6. Heatshield noise/vibration

7. Stalling constantly

8. Over idles at when cold

9. Noisy clutch pedal

10. Engines oil leaks, one at turbo oil return and one at turbo feed.

11. Turbo bearings rumble and I mean rumble

12. Creaks in parcel shelf when going over speed humps or turning corners.

13 Etc, Etc, Etc........

14. Ford Falcon can't get enough of it.

don't really have any of those problems only a Noisy gearbox

just get over it and Drive it Hard mate!! and Enjoy it!

Mine 10/04 mk 2.

Gets driven very enthusiastically and had no major issue.

I did have a noisy box but transmax z fixed that up nicely. although it didnt stop the noise straight away, after a few thousand k's with the transmax its now quiet as a mouse

Mine is May/June '05, 65,000km and I have FLOGGED it on track days, down the drags and sometimes even on the street.

Modified from 1,500km ( First week ) and not had less than ~270rwkw from then on.
