Guest newl Guests Posted 26/11/06 09:04 AM Share Posted 26/11/06 09:04 AM The brake squealing is a 'feature'. It comes on all FPV products and is usually experienced under light braking.

Normally, if you shut the car off for a min or so and restart it. It could be a early warning sign, a problem that was caused by the speed hump or the car just threw a hissy fit. I would get Ford to get the error codes as it is not normal.

Brembo's optioned + leather etc.84 km's on the clock at delivery (apparently had 72 km's on the clock when it arrived to dealer.... 12 km's 'extra' for window tint etc.)...Drove 35 km's and the dash started playing up. Both the speedo and tacho dropping to zero, despite travelling in fourth gear at around 100 km/hr. Also a 'lot' of lights flashing (check engine, traction control, oil pressure, fuel, temperature, seatbelts etc, etc) Took it back to the dealer, where it spent the weekend before getting fixed on Monday the 6th. They found a loose plug connector on the 'ICC'?? (computer on the inside firewall behind the console)...Not a great way to start!!!"...hope this might help????
