My HOT Tip of the week is this,

On a black car never use Mig-liers Clay Bar.

If the Clay Bar was a pack of smokes they'd have a pic of my car's paint on the box to warn people of the dangers of using the F'N Clay Bar product.

Thanks for your help and suport Meg-liers, your product stuffed my paints finish, not me (and your a s s h o l e s for saying so).

By the way Meg-liers, No I dont wish to buy another 6 bloody products from you to fix the damage your product caused. The Clay Bar box didn't say anything about needing another 6 bloody products so Im not F'N buying them.

Why Mig-liers because they'll tell you they stand by there product (Clay Bar) 100% till you have a problem then you'll find your 100% on your own.

Anyone know a good paint detailer in Sydney's Northern Beaches that dosn't use Meg-liers products.

Sorry can't post pic's as the scratches can only be seen easy in the shade and a black paint job don't stand out very well in the dark. Think factory ford Orange peal, you know, it comes standard with all Fords, then cut the top off every lump making the whole cars paint look scuft (ment to say f*cked) then add some scratches and you've got the idea.........

Yes by the way I used the detailer and yes I used 3/4 of the bottle, no I didn't drop the bar on the ground and no the scratches were not on the F'N car before I used the clay bar.

ouch NOS :fool:

I must admit, whenever I heard people rave about claybarring, I always wondered "wont the bits that the claybar picks up, just be rubbed back into the paint?"

Hope you get it sorted...

Thanks Hooverman, that's kind of your mate, I think I'll be taking it to a detailer but, thanks anyway.

You said it Spruce, OUCH.

Got to say, it didn't really need to be done in hindsight but I had a lot of people told me how well it works and how smooth their paint was after it was done. My clay bar didn't even change colour, Ive see others turn from light grey to brown.

MEGUIAR'S CLAY BAR

Yes and................Yes,

Posted this today also on a Ford Forums, but cos Meg-liers is a Site Sponcer over there it was taken down with in a couple of minutes.

Im not after blood just fair go, at Meg-liers told me it must have been my fault then tried to sell me more of their products. Why didn't they just kick my ass then spit on me?

Sorry to hear mate.

Ive had no probs with my car and claybar but my car is lightning Strike so you cant see much anyway.

Bit of a dumb question, did you have the car really clean and did you use plenty of quick detailer spray?

Just asking.

Cheers

Adrian
