Ok recently had the car in for some warranty work, fixing a dodged up repair job on the rear tailgate. Get the car back and instead of having a dodged repair job now I have a dent. Some toss pot at FoMoCo come out and had a look at the problem, and apparantly its from me closing my tailgate. Pitty I dont use the :w00t2: back of the car. So im being denied my right to have this balls up by Ford repaired. Dealer doesnt want to do anything about it, Head office doesnt want to have anything to do about it.

Does any1 have any ideas where I can go next apart from cracking these knob jockeys heads in?

A panel shop?

Where's the dent?

How do you dent the tailgate by closing it?

Yeh repair carried out by a so called panel shop which will remain nameless, but the dent is where the dodged up repair was, and how do you dent it by closing it, got me farked, that's wat ford told me.

I think ya better get some hired goons and go around there and kick some heads in

I might just go past and crack the sh*ts in person see if that gets me anywhere, might have to bring some argumentative people with me

Be a big dobbera , call in the big guns.......consumer affairs

Consumer affairs are about as useless as the so called new vehicle warranty

Consumer affairs are flooded with complaints just like this. They take along time but if there at fault than eventually you will be covered. Its just persistace with these matters.
