Ford and FPV know about it and were replacing the rotors originally, so my service dealer tells me, but then when I took mine in all they would do was machine the rotors due to the amount of money it was costing them. 1 month after machining, it came back again. Now the dealers have been told they are to do nothing about it, so bad luck. Seems that it was costing a fortune under warranty so they now reject it. It's f*cking annoying and it seems to be worse on light braking rather than heavy braking.
